Posting on this site

We welcome school and PTA related announcements and information.

• Contributions are acceptable in text, html (web page markup), doc (Word Document), pdf, gif, jpg, or pdf formats. Please note that your files may be processed or edited for display.
• You may provide multiple files. If so, combine them and/or define how they are to be displayed. The better prepared your posting, the sooner it will appear.
• Assure that files have been scanned for viruses before transmission. If you run any virus scanner on your computer you will probably be fine.
• All sources of news and flyers must follow the restrictions listed in the Website Policies. In particular, students’ names cannot be listed with photos, photo releases are required to be on file at MBMS, and no residential phone numbers may be listed on the website.
• Your posting may need to be approved, so please provide any information that can help to validate your request if needed.
• Please specify the desired run dates -- start and end -- for your posting.
• Please specify the area of the site where you suggest that your posting be placed.
• Assure that you provide good contact information including an email address and day and evening telephone numbers.
• Please send your request with any attachments to the MBMSPTA.com webmaster.
• If accepted, we will attempt to post your contribution as soon as possible. Please allow up to seven days for your posting to be displayed.
