How do you stay informed of events at MBMS?

 What are the Wednesday Packets, and how do I receive them?

·       On the first and third Wednesday of every month, all students receive a paper ‘packet’ of information that is to be taken home.  This ‘packet’ will contain such items as school information, flyers and newsletters, after school clubs and activities, calendars and community events.  Please remind your child to pull the ‘packet’ from their backpack!

What is the E News, and how do I subscribe?

·       The E News is a source of periodic electronic mail notification of school events, PTA activities and changes to the MBMS PTA website. This subscription is provided free of charge, via an unlisted Yahoo newsletter group to all who subscribe.  Join the 900+ subscribers for the weekly announcements.

·       It is easy to subscribe, and here are the steps to follow:

o      Via the Internet, log into www.mbmspta.com/enewsSubscribe.htm

o      Using the subscribe box, enter your email address

o      Click on the button to join MBMSPTA

o      A message will be sent to your email address with simple instructions on how to confirm your subscription.  Once confirmed, you will receive the E News! 

What is the Principal's E List, and how do I subscribe?

·       The Principal's E List is an email service, through the school district e-mail service, which communicates immediate information from the principal to parents.  An email message can be sent to all subscribed parents in the event of an emergency or when information needs to be delivered quickly.

·       Here are the steps to follow to subscribe:

o      Via the Internet, log into www.mbmspta.com/subscribe.htm

o      Click on the line that reads “Click here to subscribe to the principal’s E List”

o      Type in your email address

o      Type in a password

o      Re-enter password to confirm

o      Click the subscribe button and you are done!

Do I need to subscribe to both the E List and the E News?

·       Yes - To receive the most current information, we recommend that all families subscribe to both the E List and the E News.
